Years of walking through homes with buyers and sellers created a deeper appreciation for what makes spaces work. Over time, that appreciation became a practice — one that treats interior design as an extension of a career spent understanding how homes function, how people live in them, and how they hold up over time.
That experience shaped a clear point of view. A real estate professional sees homes constantly — different layouts, different neighborhoods, different renovation decisions, different ways a property can present. Each of those viewings taught something about furniture scale, lighting, flow, and the choices that make a home feel right or simply feel off.
Williams Real Estate Designs brings those two perspectives together. The result is design that considers how a space looks, how it functions, how it reflects the people living in it, and how it respects the property's architecture — while thinking about how the home may evolve.
A Chicago Local at Heart
Beyond design and real estate, Tony is deeply embedded in Chicago's culture — its architecture, its neighborhoods, its restaurants, and the everyday character of the city. On calm Sunday mornings, he can often be found tending to his urban chicken coop and savoring a slow Turkish coffee before the week begins.
